Selecting Sign Up will open a form. Once completed, press Sign Up.
Your Intro is an audio droplet, up to 5 seconds long, that will appear on your profile. There is a suggested script, but you may use any audio you choose. To record your intro, press the red record button. Recording starts immediately, with a white box displaying a numbered countdown, tick and cross. Pressing the tick When the end of the recording is reached, select save. If you are unhappy with the recording, close the grey box and press record again.
Your Bio is a 15 second audio droplet that will appear on your profile. This works in the same way as Your Intro, but lasts for 15 seconds. There is a suggested script, but you may use any audio. Both Your Intro and Your Bio can be re-recorded at any time.
Lastly, Your Profile Picture can be selecting Upload and choosing a picture via your files. It does not have to be a circle, but all pictures will be made circular. Select Save when you are happy with the picture. You can change the picture at any time in your profile.
Your Profile will now be displayed.
At the top of the profile page are options to change the profile picture, record a new intro, record a new bio, view droplets that have been recorded, view droplets that have been liked, and a link to the search page.
Next are feed filters which show new droplets nearby, new droplets within a certain genre nearby, and new droplets within a certain group nearby. When selecting a genre or group, options will appear below this line.
The feed shows individual droplets that may be of interest to you. They can be played and liked. Selecting the users profile picture will take you to their profile. Selecting the title of the droplet will take you to the individual droplets’ page.
The bottom bar remains the same across most pages. The home button opens the profile page, the red, circular record button opens the recording page, and the yellow triangle with semi-circle opens the stream page.
Venvoi allows users to record short pieces of audio, known as droplets. The user's current location is also recorded. Together, these two elements mean an audio map of areas can be created. The most popular droplets tell listeners about what is nearby in an informative, helpful and entertaining way.
On main floating menu at the bottom of the app, press the microphone icon to visit the recording page.
Title - The title of the droplet should be short and descriptive. Use a number at the beginning of the title to indicate if it is part of a group, and should be played in a certain order. You must write a title before you can record.

Genre - Pick the genre your droplet is about by sliding the menu left or right, and tapping on your choice. If you are unsure, pick general, which is the default choice
Group - If the droplet is part of a group, such as a tour of an area, select the name of the group you want it to be part of. By default your droplet will be ungrouped
Privacy - Droplets can either be heard by everyone (public) or just for yourself (only me). Droplets are set to public by default
Expiry - Droplets never expire, unless a time limit is set to either 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month
Appears - Droplets are set to appear everywhere can be heard by people anywhere within a few kilometers. Droplets set to only when near are set can only be heard by people when they are within a few meters of where the recording is registered.
Script - Use this space to write a script before you record your droplet.
NOTE You will not be able to change these selections once you have reocrded and confirmed your droplet.

When the recording ends, a play button will appear to listen back to your recording. If you want to save your recording, press save. To delete your recording, press the cross.

Streaming continuously plays droplets.

Choose what types of droplets to listen to, and when they are played, by using the filters across the top bar.
Near - Droplets within a few metres will play
Groups - Droplets within a selected group will play
Genres - Droplets within a certain genre will be played
Liked- Droplets that have been liked will play
When streaming, the title of the droplet, the user who made it, it’s location and other information will be displayed. You can listen to the next and previous droplets by using the grey
arrows eitherside of this information.Pressing the heart will like the droplet
Pressing the exclamation point will report the droplet. Use this feature if the contents of the droplet violates our usage policy.
Moving onto any other part of the app will stop streaming.

Funds are required before adverts can be set to live. To add funds, visit the payments page and complete the payment details requested.
Select which type of advert to produce, placed or general. Placed adverts are linked to a specific location and play when users are nearby. General adverts play wherever users are.
Give the advert a title in the title box. This will be publicly visible. It should be a short description of the product or service being advertised.

Choose whether to record an advert or upload one. To record an advert, select the length of the advert using the options at the top of the page. Choose between 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds. Alternatively, upload an advert that you have recorded previously. This must be a maximum of 30 seconds and in mp3 format.
Set a start date and end date for your advert to play. Adverts will not play until the start date, and will not play after the end of the end date. This can change this later. Adverts may run out of funds or have funds left over depending on the time limit you set. Individual advert funds can be added or removed into your main fund at any time.
